William Sylvia, MSW, LICSW
William is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with roots in Fall River, where he attended Notre Dame School and Bishop Connolly High School. William graduated from the Rhode Island College School of Social Work in 2017. Since then, he has been practicing as a therapist and school adjustment counselor, bringing a wealth of experience to his private practice.
William's therapeutic approach is strength-based, incorporating various modalities to help clients recognize and build on their strengths. He believes in empowering individuals to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals effectively.
William now resides in New Bedford with his wife, Michelle. He has a particular fondness for the fall season, enjoying football, chili, and pumpkin spice. William is dedicated to supporting his clients on their journey toward growth and well-being, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to each session.

Michelle has roots in Dartmouth, where she attended Dartmouth Public Schools. She has a strong background in mentorship, customer service, and organization. Michelle manages our social media presence, responds to general inquiries about White Whale Wellness, oversees the office space, and assists with various administrative and business organization tasks.
